    Nose: Initially the fruit dominates, especially the cherry aroma, with a little air the wine becomes more complex and the spiciness of the Nebbiolo joins in.

    Palate: Harmonious, despite its youth! Velvety and spicy like a Barolo, powerful and fruity like a Barbera Superiore.

    Finish: A long finish; we see great potential here.

    Maturation Ripe, healthy grapes are picked by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, then Barbera and Nebbiolo mature together for almost two years in double barriques, also known as tonneaux.en, such as sizes, materials and instructions. This is the perfect place to describe what makes your product special and how your customers can benefit from this product.
