Our History
The year 1848 marks the official founding of the Bologna family winery. However, as early as 1785, with great dedication and effort, the first vineyards were planted on the finest sun-kissed hills of Piedmont.
For six generations, our mission has remained the same: to craft wines that are both refined on the palate and perfect for sharing around the table.
With deep respect for our heritage and a constant awareness of evolving modern tastes, we refine our grapes and techniques year after year, while preserving the artisanal spirit that defines us.

Stay at the Winery
We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to stay in one of 6 apartments made available by their owners, located within our winery estate.
The apartments, ranging from 45 to 70 sqm, feature a fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, private entrance, and bathroom, and can accommodate up to four guests. The more spacious units also include air conditioning, a veranda, and additional comforts designed to make your stay even more enjoyable.
Throughout your stay, we are happy to assist you and provide recommendations to help you discover the finest culinary experiences in the surrounding area of Piedmont.
The outdoor area offers a fully equipped open-air kitchen with a barbecue station, gas stove, and pizza oven, along with a small pool and a dedicated relaxation area. On the upper level, a spacious terrace invites you to unwind and enjoy peaceful moments in the sun.

Barrel Partnership
Each year, we offer a limited number of just 200 partnerships, an exclusive opportunity to become part of our winery in a truly authentic and privileged way.
As a barrel owner, you are not simply a customer, but a member of our wine family. This special bond creates lasting connections and gives you the chance to experience unique moments firsthand, such as the harvest or the bottling of your own wine.
One year after joining, you will receive your personalized Barbera Superiore or Merlot, carefully aged and bearing your name.
