Thursday from 15:00 Arrival Apero at the winery
20:00 Privatissimo in the Villa Bologna (5 course menu) On this occasion we taste vintages of Barbera Superiore
Friday From 09:00 start of bottling
13:00 Small Piedmontese delicacies from the restaurant Non solo Crudo . Ivano spoils us with his creations in the winery's tavern. Plus a cross-section of last year's wine production: Inamera, Barbera Klassik, Tris
15:00 Continuation of bottling
20:00 Dinner at the Vineria on the main square in Rocchetta
Saturday From 9:00 a.m. bottling of the 3 or 5 liter bottles. Pizza in the wine cellar from our own pizza oven peppered with the new Barbera Superiore
Afternoon at leisure. Saturday is also a good time to explore the surrounding area. There is a market in Asti, and Turin and Barolo are highly recommended.
8:00 p.m. Dinner at the legendary Carlo Bologna . A 6-course menu of the finest awaits us in one of the best restaurants in Piedmont.
Sunday departure
Cost of the program 205 €
This includes 3x dinner (2x course menu), lunch pizza and Ivano's delicacies (Non Solo Crudo). Also the wine accompaniments, grappa, coffee and water as well as the Barbera tasting.
Costs for overnight stay:
Overnight stay in the apartment. Double room 90 € (instead of 100 €) per night for the apartment. 2 apartments upstairs with winter garden and the apartment Artus downstairs 110 € (instead of 120 €)
