This 2015 Barolo vintage was produced according to the strict specifications of Barolo production and is the result of 3 years of aging in 500 litre oak barrels and then 6 years in the bottle. Colour: Strong ruby red.
Nose: Initially the fruit dominates, especially the cherry aroma, with a little air the wine becomes more complex and the spiciness of the Nebbiolo really unfolds.
Palate: Harmonious, despite its youth! Velvety and spicy like a Barolo, powerful and fruity.
Finish: A long finish; we see great potential here.
Maturation Ripe, healthy grapes are picked by hand. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, then the Nebbiolo matures for three years in double barriques, also called tonneaux. Then 2 years in the bottle
